Hospital Information

• Alta Rancho Pet & Bird Hospital is open Monday through Saturday. 
• We are closed on Sundays.  
• We see patients by appointment, but will always do our best to accommodate emergencies and walk-in examinations.  Drop off appointments are available daily if you can not make an appointment during our normal office hours.

New patients are encouraged to download our new client and new pet information forms as well as our hospital policies from our information library.  Please fill in these forms in advance of your first visit and either fax them to us at 909-948-5167, or bring them with you at your first visit.  This will speed up our data entry process so we can service you more efficiently. 

If you are bringing in a new puppy, we encourage you to view our new puppy presentation online and to download our New Puppy Checklist prior to your visit.

If you are bringing in your pet for boarding, please fill out our Boarding Authorization form and bring it with you when you drop off your pet.  Please read our boarding policies as well. 

If you are dropping off your pet for surgery, you can fill out our Authorization for Surgery Form and bring it with you to hasten the admission process.

The following table lists our hours of operation. 

• We perform elective surgeries and dental work on weekdays from Monday through Friday. 
• ** Vaccination clinics are available for updating your pet's immunizations.  We highly recommend yearly physical examinations to ensure your pet's good health.  Vaccine prices administered during Physical Exams are the same as the Vaccine Clinic Prices.  Vaccine clinics are performed on a first come-first serve basis.

Please note:  On occasion, we have to close between the hours of 12:00 to 3:30 PM for staff meetings.  If you are planning to come in during those times for vaccine clinics or other business, we highly recommend calling first to avoid any inconvenience.
