For your convenience, we maintain an online store where you can purchase drugs, pet food and pet supplies and have them delivered to your home for a nominal fee.  Once you purchase drugs, you can request refills directly from this store.  If you are within the Alta Loma, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Ontario, Claremont, Fontana and the Inland Empire regions and new to the store, we encourage you to explore these online features and make the most of them.  Click here to access our Online Store

What are the Home Delivery
Shipping Rates and Options?

The classes below ship separately: multiple rates may apply, one for each ship class in an order.
  • Prescription items (Rx): Allow 1-2 days for veterinary approval.
  • Please note order items may ship separately to deliver within shipping window.

The following rates apply to all Standard Pharmacy Orders:

  • Exceptions include "Remind Me" Monthly Doses, Insulin, heavy item orders (items over 3 lbs) and diets
  • All UPS options must be sent to physical address - No PO Boxes for expedited orders.
  • Federally controlled substances require an adult signature to receive the shipment and must be delivered to a physical address via an expedited shipping option

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that we use are:

U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and prescription approval must be received prior to processing.

Please allow 5 -7 business days for transit in addition to the approval time.

If an order is approved after the 3:00pm (CT) cutoff, the order will process the next business day and ship on the second business day following order approval. 

The U.S. Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays while Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Why was my prescription declined?

In order for you to have a prescription filled, your pet must have been seen by our veterinarians within at least one year.  Certain drugs may require more frequent examinations due to the nature of the medical condition being managed.  Many drugs require blood tests for monitoring prior to being refilled.  If you are having difficulties filling a prescription, please call our office at (909) 980-3575.
